Black Hills Bronco Adventures isn't just a tour company—it's the culmination of 5 years spent living, exploring, and falling deeper in love with this incredible region. I created this company because I saw a gap between what visitors wanted and what was actually available: authentic, affordable Black Hills adventures that go beyond the typical tourist experience.
For the past 5 years, I've called the Black Hills home. As a WFR with Custer Search and Rescue working throughout these hills, I've spent countless hours discovering hidden trails, learning the stories behind the landmarks, and understanding what makes this place truly special. Every tour I lead is shaped by that hands-on experience—combining the must-see iconic sites with the secret spots locals treasure.

For the past 5 years, Luke has lived and worked in the Black Hills, building deep connections with the land and its stories. His approach is simple: share the Black Hills the way locals experience them—with genuine stories, insider knowledge, and a deep respect for the land.
Luke's background as a WFR with Custer Search and Rescue in the Black Hills has given him intimate knowledge of the terrain, from hidden trails to backcountry access points most visitors never see. His experience spans wilderness medicine, outdoor education, and years navigating the most breathtaking terrain in South Dakota. Whether exploring backcountry trails, sharing geological insights, or spotting wildlife, his expertise ensures every tour is both safe and unforgettable.
